Owner and Founder  

Patricia Whitehouse is a People Strategist and Owner of North Star HR Solutions.  She has over 20 years Human Resources experience in creating customized people solutions for the challenges facing businesses in an ever changing world.

She has extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Leadership Coaching, Crisis Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment & Retention, and Employment Compliance.  

Patricia has a Masters in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver and a Bachelors in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado.  She is a Senior HR Professional with certification from SHRM. 

Patricia is a member of the Association for Talent Development, National Society for Human Resource Management, Colorado Non-Profit Association, and Advisory Board member for the University of Denver Conflict Resolution Institute.  An Authorized Everything DiSC Partner, Certified Facilitator of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach.  She is a People Strategist, Certified Mediator, Leadership Coach and Speaker.  Patricia is a Colorado native and is passionate about serving the local community by working with organizations to help them achieve their goals.
